HakubiVerse is the premier otaku rave label focusing on Electronic Dance Music with Japanese-fandom influences like anime, cosplay, and gaming, making us the home for AnimEDM. Our mission is to create, promote, and support AnimEDM and associative media worldwide through content creation, collaboration, media coverage, and live events.
HakubiVerse is the world’s new Trance and Hard Dance music label founded by Sephi Hakubi in 2020 in San Antonio, Texas, United States of America. Our label family provides worldwide media distribution and promotion for our artists, primarily Electronic Dance Music (EDM) with influences attributing to anime-pop culture, which forms our concept of AnimEDM. HakubiVerse was created from a love and appreciation of pure dance music, rave culture, and anime fandom in order to bring AnimEDM to the masses that seek the Pure Dance Renaissance. We aim to highlight our incredible talent, produce incredible showcases, and provide our “Hakubiverse” (our fans) with a true-rave experience.
Our label provides worldwide media distribution and promotion of our artists’ content, primarily Electronic Dance Music (EDM) in the Hard Dance, Trance, and House genres with influences attributing to anime-pop culture to form our concept of AnimEDM; furthermore, HakubiVerse provides services for content creation, event management, music licensing, and talent development. Our target customers are fans of Electronic Dance Music, rave culture, anime, manga, video gaming, cosplay, and other auxiliary aspects of geek culture. The label’s focus is Hard Dance (e.g. Happy Hardcore, HandsUp, J-core) with added support for Progressive EDM (e.g. Trance, House), considering these styles are well received within the anime community and the concepts of anime and rave correlate. Independent music artists and producers demand more proper and personable support for music distribution and artist support. The primary goal of HakubiVerse is to continuously license and sell Hard Dance music and EDM to our rave fans while building and promoting the influence of our signed artists. HakubiVerse works to build worldwide recognition and establish regular performance schedules for all of our talented artists, acquiring headline bookings at clubs, conventions, and music festivals.
