It is rave weekEND here at HakubiVerse as we along with Hard Dance Texas host the first ever WeekEND Rave Smash Virtual Music Festival, online at weekendravesmash.com. The event kicked off this morning with Sephi and Ame Hakubi cluing the fans in on what to expect all weekend with the various acts streaming across the internet both days and effectively combining the radio spirit of Weekly Rave Smash with the live event spirit fo Smash! Festa.

WRS Festival already came with a powerful start and occasionally building momentum across various genres from Trance, to Hardcore, to Dubstep, to Drum & Bass, and maybe the occasional K-Pop Random Dance challenges. As of this writing, we’re approaching the halfway point for Saturday and we still have all of Sunday to go leading up to the main event of WeekEND Rave Smash, Hartshorn. Sephi Hakubi himself will be finishing off Saturday as Ame gets ready for her set Sunday and he and Ame will be providing commentary between the hours and after each night of the festival. Be sure to catch them and any of the DJs and performers on Discord as this goes on.

Moments have just started to get “Savage” as Spaced Out! debuts on HakubiVerse with this new release. Savage is the newest entry into Spaced Out!’s discography showcasing his side of Hard Dance in a way very unique to most Hard Dance music released everywhere today, utilizing elements of Drum & Bass, Hardstyle, Rawstyle, and other bass elements and pushing a consistent speed of 200 beats per minute. Sephi Hakubi Low-Key Played a 2-Hour Trance Set on HakubiVerse’s New Twitch Channel

This past Friday, May 15th, 2020, HakubiVerse kicked off their official Twitch channel with a soft opening by Sephi Hakubi called the SAWFT Stream. As the call to stay inside homes limited the World’s way of nightlife, many live performers have shifted to a paradigm to performing online through streaming. HakubiVerse has now officially joined the paradigm with their own channel: twitch.tv/hakubiverse. Kicking off the new channel, Sephi performed a 2-hour Trance set exclusive to Twitch and paying respects to DJ Wildfire and his family; along with giving tribute to the recently closed Dallas Trance hotspot, Lizard Lounge. The result of the stream seemed positive as there seemed to be little technical difficulty during the music performance and reception was overall positive, so much so that Sephi has decided to host another “SAWFT Stream” next Friday, May 22nd; this time instead of 2 hours and starting at 10PM Central, Sephi will go live at 9PM and mix for 1 hour, intending on playing HandsUp and Eurodance; then, should DJ Wildfire return to host Friday Night Inferno, HakubiVerse will proceed to raid Wildfire’s stream; otherwise, continue with another hour on HakubiVerse. Sephi’s goal for HakubiVerse’s channel is to achieve Affiliate status before July as he claims to have a major announcement once they do so: be sure to follow HakubiVerse’s channel: twitch.tv/hakubiverse to figure out soon what that announcement is and also follow Sephi’s channel at twitch.tv/sephihakubi for other content such as game streaming and live chatting.

If you have happened to miss the SAWFT Stream considering its very limited promotion, you still have a chance to watch the Video On Demand (VOD) while it’s still available (remember that VODs expire after 60-Days [HakubiVerse is a Prime channel].

Surprise Dubstep from Sephi Hakubi as Tako Supreme Debuts Today

A blast from the not-too-distant past that’s been traded among bass DJs in Texas now has found an official release through HakubiVerse. Sephi Hakubi has made his Dubstep project, Tako Supreme, available worldwide through all digital stores and you can get it now in its pure sounds from Beatport, iTunes, Google Play, Amazon and many others; Tako Supreme can also be heard on Spotify and Soundcloud.

Not normally known to focus on Dubstep or Bass Music, Sephi Hakubi has brought in a creation during the Berklee school days to share with the Nightkids. Tako Supreme, which made it’s debut at Realms Con 2017, takes raw power from bass and electro sounds to create a song that packs a punch anywhere.

As mentioned before, Tako Supreme was unofficially in circulation prior to its officially release on HakubiVerse and made its debut to the world at Realms Con 2017 at the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas. Video of its debut can be found on Sephi Hakubi’s Youtube channel.

HakubiVerse would love to welcome a new talent that will be working with our label’s family; with all the PLUR, please welcome Spaced Out! from San Antonio, Texas.

Spaced Out! is an electronic musician that performs and produces various styles of EDM; although known for bass music like Dubstep and Riddim, he has also produced House and Chill music and recently has undertaken an adventure to produce Hard Dance music such as Hardstyle and Drum & Bass. Spaced Out! has led a local project in San Antonio known as Unknown Collective; however, he’s always found to be reaching out to many groups throughout the community in an effort to serve the music community at large and bring unity to the scene. HakubiVerse is happy to be working with someone who serves his community unconditionally and genuinely and we hope to do our part that he succeeds in his career.

Spaced Out!’s first signing with our label will be a bass-heavy Hard Dance tune known as Savage, taking elements from Drum & Bass, Rawstyle, and Hardstyle that will kick off his musical journey with HakubiVerse.
